我和我的同事在一个3节点集群上测试kafka，我们在测试向多个主题发送消息的性能时遇到了这个问题。我们不能创建超过15个主题。前15个主题很好。但是当尝试创建第16个主题（以及以后的主题）时，2个follower服务器中开始出现很多错误。
