您正在运行变量的作用域。只能在创建变量的范围内使用该变量。同样的情况，例如，当你在一个方法中创建一个变量时——你不能从另一个方法中访问这个变量。
您有两个选项：要么在同一范围内使用变量（即 try 块）或声明该范围之外的变量。
