可能是网络太小，reader速度太慢导致发挥不了gpu的性能。

数据读入有瓶颈可以使用DataLoader将num_workers加大，加快数据处理读取的速度。

网络太小是指这个模型很简单，只有简单的一两层Linear，无法完全发挥GPU的算力，如果是resnet或者bert这些较大模型，可以把GPU利用率打的比较满，这时候GPU的算力优势就可以体现出来了。
