确认所安装Paddle是否支持指定pass

进入paddle安装目录，一般在默认python的site-packages路径下，如 'paddle_1.8/lib/python2.7/site-packages/paddle'
通过命令'find . -name *.so' 找到 ./fluid/core_avx.so
3.通过命令查看所有注册的pass: strings ./fluid/core_avx.so | grep "TouchPassRegistrar"
或者直接查看是否注册指定的pass: strings ./fluid/core_avx.so | grep "TouchPassRegistrar" | grep "mkldnn_placement_pass"
