Steps to reproduce

根据参考链接里描述：
1.Select设置成多选模式，并且将其中一条数据（New York）在option中设置为disabled进行禁用，select中的v-model默认设置成该数据；
2.此时渲染出来该条数据（New York）被默认选中，下拉框列表中被禁用，并且下拉框中确实不能选择（没问题）；
3.但是默认被选中的数据（New York）在上面的框框中右边依然有叉，可以被删除（此时也应该被禁用且不能被删除才对）

What is expected?

被禁用的那条数据在选择框中不应被删除

What is actually happening?

却误被删除了（iview）

Steps to reproduce

According to the description in the reference link:

Select is set to multi-select mode, and one of the data (New York) is set to disabled in option, and V-model in select is set to this data by default.
The rendered New York is selected by default, the drop-down list is disabled, and the drop-down box can not be selected (no problem).
However, the default selected data (New York) still has a fork on the right side of the box above and can be deleted (it should also be disabled and cannot be deleted at this time).

The disabled data should not be deleted in the selection box

What is actually happening?

But it was deleted by mistake.
