- 标题：GCC Compile fatal error fix about extra, pessimizing-move

1）Paddle Lite 版本：develop f8656fd
2）Host 环境：Ubuntu 20.04 GCC 9.4.0
- 复现信息：
./lite/tools/build_linux.sh --with_extra=ON --with_opencl=ON --arch=x86 full_publish直接编译错误，只能加入-w 绕过
- 问题描述：
std::move 错误使用 register 寄存器指向引用地址 未使用变量报错提醒
