editor.md Table of Content are not properly working on Original ReadME.md file

I experienced this many times that the Table of Content arenot properly working on Original ReadME.md file.
They appear to be working perfect on editor.md but when I used the exact same in original ReadME.md file they don't work.

You need to enable this option

editormd(editormdId, {
  tocm: true
})
