我很抱歉，也许是天真的问题，但我不能找到一个答案在线。
我有一些使用NetBeans创建的UI代码。不幸的是，我不知道使用的是什么版本。我的理解是IntelliJ IDEA（在我的例子中是v11）不支持NetBeans表单。

IntelliJ IDEA不支持NetBeans表单，您可以尝试使用create snapshot功能，该功能可以从正在运行的应用程序的对话框中保存IDEA表单文件。
但是，更方便的解决方案是使用JFormDesigner，它有IntelliJ IDEA插件，可以转换NetBeans表单文件。注意，这个工具是商业工具，需要花钱，但是可以免费试用。

我在创建表单的NetBeans表单编辑器中打开Source选项卡，将整个代码复制到IntelilJ中的一个新类中，然后添加新JFrame的代码及其代码，并将(this)传递给initComponentsGui方法底部的Panel参数，这样就取得了圆满的成功。
比如说：

public class ConvertedGui extends Panel { // my new class

private void initComponents()... // copied code
        // >>> the copied code here >>>

        JFrame frame = new JFrame("Title For JFrame");
        frame.setDefaultCloseOperation(JFrame.EXIT_ON_CLOSE);
