Steps to reproduce

Open - https://element.eleme.io/2.13/#/en-US/component/tabs#basic-usage
Click on any one of the tabs( click "config" )
Now click without clicking on anywhere on the screen, press left/ right/ up/ or down arrow key.
Focus of tabs is changed with each keypress

What is Expected?

An option to disable this feature.

What is actually happening?

When you press any of the keys (left/ right/ up or down), it moves page along with tab switching that is not desired behaviour.
