第9行是xmlns:customControl="clr-namespace:DVRClientInterface.CustomControls"。

这不是XAML的问题。错误消息是说它试图创建DVRClientInterface.MainWindow的示例，而您的构造函数抛出了异常。
您需要查看“内部异常”属性来确定根本原因。它可以是任何东西，但应该提供方向。

例如，如果您要连接到 windows 建构函式中的数据库，但由于某些原因，数据库无法使用，则内部例外状况可能是TimeoutException或SqlException，或是数据库程式码所掷回的任何其他例外状况。
如果您在静态构造函数中引发异常，则异常可能从MainWindow引用的任何类生成。如果任何MainWindow字段调用可能引发异常的方法，则类初始值设定项也会运行。

问题解决了！我使用Ctrl + Alt + E打开异常窗口，并且我选中了所有抛出复选框。因此调试器可以在错误代码处停止。

我花了很长时间才弄明白这一点，所以为了搜索者的利益：
我遇到了一个奇怪的问题，应用程序在调试中工作，但一旦发布就给了XamlParseException。
按照Katjoek的详细说明修复x86/x64问题后，问题仍然存在。
问题是CEF教程说要从NuGet中取下System.Windows.Interactivity（即使它在.NET参考的扩展部分），从NuGet中取下specific version设置为true。
部署后，不同版本的System.Windows.Interactivity将由不同的应用程序打包。
它拒绝使用不同版本的dll导致整个应用程序崩溃与XamlParseException。
