由于代码在加载元素"left-sidebar-links"之前执行，因此变量wfLeftControls返回undefined
所以我设置了一个5秒的超时来解决这个问题。
有人能帮我在加载所有DOM元素或加载left-sidebar-links后如何调用这个函数newProjectLoaded();吗？
