你正在尝试做的是一个有点棘手,大多数朴素贝叶斯实现或至少你正在使用的(从e1071派生的kLAR)使用正态分布。你可以在naiveBayes help page from e1071的细节中看到:
标准朴素贝叶斯分类器(至少在此实现中)假定预测变量独立,度量预测变量呈高斯分布(给定目标类)。对于具有缺失值的属性,预测时将忽略相应的表条目。
你可以尝试设置
kernel=TRUE
和adjust=1
来迫使它向正常方向移动,避免kernel=FALSE

在train函数中不要使用“nb”,而是使用“naive_bayes”。即使在严重的类不平衡问题上,它也能为我工作。
