我假设你的Azure数据库运行在1433上。这是我用于SQL Server的连接字符串，我过去只在Azure上使用pyodbc。你也可以在配置中将TDS版本设置为7.1而不是7.0。如果这还不行，还有几个问题（我会修改我的答案，直到我们弄清楚）：

根据我的经验，我认为你可以尝试修改TDS版本与7. 3是为MS SQL Server 2008+。TDS版本7. 0是太低的Azure SQL数据库。

在我的情况下，这只是一个身份验证问题。我认为Nagios不支持Windows身份验证模式。一旦我启用了SQL Server身份验证模式，消息就消失了，并显示了一些严重的错误。经过一些周期后，这些错误被清除，计数器被填充了合理的数字。

升级pymssql。2.1版本不适用于旧版本的SQL Server。我们从2012升级到2019，并从SQL Server获得错误：
在python端显示为确切的错误“AdaptiveServerconnectionfailed”
将pymssql升级到2.2.2或更高版本，它将修复您的问题。
