xcode pod install error>>>无法确定`SocketSwift`目标的平台

我下载了github socket.swift，按照安装说明创建了Podfile，
但是Cocoapods“pod install”得到错误。
Podfile是：

target 'SocketSwift' do

  # Pods for SocketSwift

代码未修改Socket.swift

取消注解# platform：ios，'9.0'行
所以去掉#
