当我终止当前会话时，我的问题得到了解决。在新的会话中，我重新安装了flask-ngrok，它工作得很好。

这是因为小的延迟，程序无法在随后的代码行中检索公共URL。当你的互联网连接不够快时，这个小的延迟可能不够。
尝试增加flask_ngrok.py文件中的time.sleep in _run_ngrok（）方法，该文件在安装时包含在python3.6/site-packages中。
