一个insert语句可以向表中添加任意数量的行。只要插入正在进行,表的状态就是未定义的。例如,您不能选择行数,因为结果不是确定性的,因为您想要插入的一行可以作为第一行或第二行或其他行插入。
一个简单的解决方案是将其设置为after语句触发器:

你没有把你的情况的错误消息,但我认为你的问题是mutation
当Oracle尝试更改数据(插入/更新/删除)时,此表中数据的状态是未定义的,因此您不能使用此表进行选择。
解决方案的一个可能变体-将触发器类型从“FOR EACH ROW”更改为语句级别,或者遵循链接中的几个建议。
