对我来说，解决方案是在我的库项目（.jar）上更新“maven-compiler-plugin”和“maven-assembly-plugin”的版本，然后重新运行Netbeans Project explorer的“Clean and build”。当前版本：
maven-compiler-plugin（3.8.1）
maven-assembly-plugin（3.3.0）

注意错误来自maven-assembly-plugin：2.5.5
转到https://mvnrepository.com/并搜索“maven-assembly-plugin”
选择正确的版本2.5.5（或更高）并将其复制到您的pom文件列表中
如果你有一个类似的插件在你的pom文件..
删除它，瞧

转到https://mvnrepository.com/并搜索“maven-assembly-plugin”选择正确的版本2.5.5（或更高版本）并将其复制到您的pom文件中的列表中删除pom文件中的插件，如果其版本与依赖项相同

确保Maven软件应该更新一次，并更新环境变量和路径。
即使不工作，也要删除环境变量和路径。
Eclipse首选项>Maven>安装>添加Maven Installed主页路径和名称
