Windows 10、Visual Studio 2019、C++、OpenCV 4.8、GStreamer 1.22.5

问题

下面是OpenCV 4.8中GStreamer的链接dll（查看器程序是this）。dll的路径是GStreamer的安装位置。在这种情况下，没有问题。使用GStreamer的视频I/O在OpenCV中运行良好。

但是，当dll的位置如下面列表所示更改时，问题发生了。（将所有文件从C:\gstreamer\1.0\msvc_x86_64\bin移动到可执行文件夹）更改的位置是可执行文件（HILLAB Beam Stabilization System.exe）所在的位置。

来自OpenCV的Assert消息是：
