我有一个CSV文件（数据矩阵），格式如下：

string, PC1, .......

总共有大约50个主成分（PC1 ...），有几千行。
字符串只是简单地给出给定记录所属的“组”或集群。PC是主要组件。
我想：
1.通过Python读取这些数据。
1.使用“from sklearn.manifold import TSNE”在PC上执行TSNE（当然不包括组字符串）
1.绘制结果，使点按其各自的组着色（理想情况下使用MatPlotLib）。
我可以使用示例here.重现这些结果我如何为自己的数据集做到这一点？
