您需要记住，在 * 分布式 * 配置文件（通常称为“.htaccess”）中实现的RewriteRule的行为与在http服务器及其主机的实际集中配置中实现的RewriteRule略有不同。
当在分布式文件中实现时，规则匹配已被请求的 relative 路径。这是有明确文档记录的行为！这样的 relative 路径 * 永远不会 * 以结尾斜杠开头，这没有任何意义。这就是为什么模式^(/(.*))?$永远不会匹配空路径，所以只有当http://example.com/被请求时。
我假设你所使用的环境的某些其他特性负责实际重定向到https，这不是由你的重写规则实现的，而是由某些框架设置甚至http服务器内部的中央主机配置实现的。
解决这个问题最简单的方法可能是简单地将现有的实现更改为该变体：
