I believe this all works in Safari 16.4 which added nested worker support. Not sure what the issue was with our nested worker polyfill (note that #183482 needs to be merged too to see this working end to end)

确认，看起来这个在15.5或16.4版本(不太清楚)上是有效的，参见https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/API/Worker/Worker#browser_compatibility。让我们等到7月份再移除这个。

再等一个月以获取更多的Safari采纳率，但它看起来已经相当不错了。绝大多数浏览器的版本已经是16.4+
