Steps to reproduce

set the Table property tooltip. 设置Table属性tooltip

What is expected?

tooltip is also valid after setting render. 设置render之后tooltip同样有效

What is actually happening?

after setting the tooltip to true in the table column, and setting the render at the same time, the tooltip is invalid. 表格列设置tooltip为true之后,且同时设置了render，tooltip无效
