TrafficMonitor Traffic Monitor don't work well with VMware

I have installed Virtual Machine in my system, and I have traffic monitor installed in main machine not on virtual machine. Whenever I restart my PC or wake it up from sleep it don't monitor network so download and upload show 0 both so need to select network lists > refresh connection list every time after that it work fine.

I have attached screenshot of both before and after case.

try to use 'Selete All'?
