Steps to reproduce

1.点击上传文件，上传成功；
2.点击上传文件，选择前一次上传的文件，没有响应；beforeupload函数没有被调用

What is expected?

能在ie10中上传同一个文件多次

What is actually happening?

只能成功上传一次
