Steps to reproduce
将 Carousel 组件外部元素设置 overflow: auto; 样式，并调整宽度。当刚好出现滚动条时， Carousel 宽度将被压缩，导致高度无法撑出滚动条，导致闪烁。
What is expected?
不闪烁，滚动条出现不会消失。
What is actually happening?
闪烁，反复改变尺寸，导致滚动条反复出现小时。

重现方式。
对于这种自适应的元素，比如image，这种情况window下浏览器会让滚动条常驻，就算尺寸压缩后的图片不足以撑出滚动条。
