ant-design Virtual scrollbar disappears after selecting items

I have searched the issues of this repository and believe that this is not a duplicate.

Steps to reproduce

Opening the select -> select an item -> wait a second -> scrollbar disappears.

What is expected?

Scrollbar should be visible.

What is actually happening?

Scrollbar disappears.

We got an issue from a customer which doesn't have a scroll on his mouse. So he get stuck on our application. I understand the feature of disappearing the scrollbar, but at least when onMouseMove event is triggered it should be visible again.
